We do not currently have a return or refund policy set in place. However, if you are having problems with your SmartPlant or SmartPlant Pro, please contact us so we can try to fix your problem.
SHIPPING INFO
If you are a belgian customer, your SmartPlant Pro will be delivered with the national post or by a Plantech member if possible.
If you are an international customer, your SmartPlant Pro will be shipped by the best available service, to ensure the pot is not damaged.
